How long is my CPR certification valid?
CPR certifications are generally valid for 2 years. After this period, you will need to take a renewal course to stay certified.

What should I bring
to class?
For most courses, you don’t need to bring anything specific, as we provide all necessary materials, including practice manikins. However, we recommend wearing comfortable clothes, as you will be practicing CPR skills.

What is the difference between CPR and BLS?
While both CPR and BLS involve resuscitation techniques, BLS (Basic Life Support) is a more comprehensive course aimed at healthcare providers. It covers adult, child, and infant CPR, the use of an AED, and airway management. CPR, on the other hand, is a more basic skill, usually taught to the general public and non-medical personnel.

What is the maximum number of students per class?
Maximum class is 9 students per the American Heart Association guidelines.

Where are classes held?
Classes are held at the location of your choice. We can come to your place of business. Occasionally we will offer classes to those on our newsletter at a set location. This is a great option for employers that have a small number or new employees or employees that need a recert.
